About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the design of innovative, user-centered digital experiences. With a strong foundation in web and mobile standards, the ideal candidate will play a critical role in crafting engaging interfaces, creating promotional materials, and ensuring exceptional user journeys. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive design excellence and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers to foster creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
• Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

Design & Development

• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes illustrating functionality and aesthetics for web, mobile, and digital products.
• Conceptualize and execute website designs ensuring seamless user journeys aligned with branding goals.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, and prototypes optimized for various devices.

Creative Assets

• Design promo videos, flyers, product websites, and other creative assets for marketing and branding.
• Create visually engaging digital product catalogs and layouts for presentations.
• Design infographics, GIFs, and other content for both digital and hard-print mediums.

Optimization & Testing

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and testing insights.
• Test UI elements like CTAs, banners, page layouts, and landing pages to optimize performance.

Strategy & Standards

• Develop and implement a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy aligned with business and user needs.
• Adhere to style standards for fonts, colors, designs, and images to maintain brand consistency.

Skills Required

Core Competencies

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design for web, mobile, and digital content.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Framer, Flutterflow, Webflow, and similar tools.
• Proven ability to create websites, promo videos, flyers, and digital catalogs.

Technical Knowledge

• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (preferred).
• Familiarity with UI testing and performance optimization.
