Overview: As a Digital Marketing Expert at SNS Media House, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engine advertising networks.
- Social Media Marketing (SMM): Plan and execute social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content for digital platforms that aligns with marketing objectives.
- SEO Optimization: Monitor and improve website SEO, including on-page and off-page optimizations, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar to track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Budget Management: Monitor digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure ROI on marketing spend.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user experience enhancements.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth in digital marketing channels.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital marketing and share insights with the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (X+ years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful digital campaigns and measurable results.
- Expertise in SEM platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SMM strategies across major social media platforms and experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and articulate marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
